1:1 Counselling Sessions

These one-on-one sessions are tailored to you — where you’re at, what you need, and where you want to go. Together, we’ll work through emotional blocks, release old patterns, and begin building new foundations rooted in self-worth, emotional regulation, and confidence.

This space is for you to feel:

Available as casual sessions or in packages for deeper transformation.

 

6-Week Transformational Program

This program is for you if you’re feeling stuck in cycles of self-doubt, over giving, or emotional burnout — and you’re ready to break free. Over 6 weeks, we’ll dive into mindset work, emotional healing, boundary-setting, and self-empowerment so you can reconnect with your inner strength and start living a life that feels aligned.

You’ll receive:

  • Weekly 1:1 sessions

  • Guided inner work + journal prompts

  • Voxer/email support between sessions

  • Tools to shift your mindset & energy

6-Month Deep Healing & Mentorship

For the woman ready to do the inner work and fully evolve.

This journey is about going deeper — into your beliefs, your wounds, your patterns — and healing them from the root. You’ll be supported emotionally, spiritually, and practically to rebuild from the inside out and call in the life and love you truly deserve.

Together, we’ll:
